Training and Continuing Education

SPF provides training on brokerage operations, sales strategies, products and technology tools for investment representatives at our home office in San Diego and through our web-based training platform. SPF works with your program to deliver a customized training plan to fit the needs of your program and your unique goals. Monthly webcasts are also offered on a variety of topics designed to help our programs achieve success. Continuing education requirements are met at the Annual Conference or via online training at your convenience. Additional training may be held at the bank site, depending on the needs of the program and its representatives.
